stagnant Training - pounds fall off.
Probably one of the first few weeks since a jalben year in which I did not have the training under control. Was just too much going on. But the pounds more cheerful. Despite the "Cheese Fondue Feast" on Friday the focus was still in the green field: 207 (optimal: 190 / Max: 225). And it parted again 0.8. Well then ...

This week is stressful and it will probably tends to be fewer opportunities for training's. And goes next week, starting with the favorite wife on vacation. So rather modest 2 weeks in the project. Must be sometimes :-)
