Finally. After the regeneration of weeks before and after the Half Marathon it is now in the third Training block of Episode 2 our project.

surly something my body has responded to the interval training today in the morning. After the first unit jogging my feet hurt like hell. Also my psyche was ready to gain the dull autumn weather and wet roads and lots of little leaves.

And exciting. That's probably exactly the point which has to be overcome. After the 3rd Interval, the pain away and I suddenly saw the beautiful colors of the trees and the great play of light over the lake. When I came home sweaty, the world was right again. Full Power. Again interesting ...
