Finally. It goes on. The new mix of Nordic Walking, Pilates, Tae Bo and specific energy absorption with MP5 proven. This week, I reduced a little over 1 kg of fat. 'm Really happy.

MP5 points not quite make it.
The natural "enemies" are called "guests" and "invitations" :-) While I my points very well under control until Friday evening had me eating together with friends brought something out of the concept.
